WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER ABOUT:

• Platform Access: Whether you will be accepted to any beta programs or platforms
• Platform Features: What features, pricing, or policies any future platform may have
• Business Results: Revenue, conversions, ROI, or any specific outcomes from our advice
• Competitive Advantage: That you will outperform competitors
• Implementation Success: That recommended strategies will work as intended
• Future Predictions: Accuracy of our forecasts or predictions

Important: The price you pay is for our insights, analysis, and strategic advice based on what we value our expertise at. It is a "take it or leave it" offer. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes, platform access, or return on investment.

All paid service engagements require acceptance of a service agreement or statement of work. Terms specific to your engagement (including scope, deliverables, payment terms, and refund policies) will be outlined in that individual agreement.

Application Process: Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline engagements at our discretion.

• Refunds are handled according to the terms in your specific service agreement

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, strategies, and data shared with us during engagements. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request and may be required for certain engagements.

Protected by NDA: We never share your specific business data, strategies, or competitive intelligence with third parties (except as required by law).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, and analyses created and provided by GPT Web Agency remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

License: Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables (reports, recommendations, checklists) for your internal business purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our deliverables or methodologies without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Costs of procurement of substitute services
• Damages arising from platform changes, non-launches, or policy changes

Maximum Liability: Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for those specific services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPT Web Agency, MJ Marketing, and Mijo Jurisic from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your implementation of our recommendations
• Any claims by third parties related to your use of our advice

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination. Certain fees may be non-refundable as specified in your service agreement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kraków, Poland.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with any individual service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GPT Web Agency regarding the use of our services.
